How can I join as a Norwex Consultant?
You can enrol as a Consultant through the Norwex website. Click on any "Enroll Now" button on the "Become a Consultant" Page. Fill in basic personal details on the registration page and choose one of the Starter Kits for $2,500.
Do I need to know a Norwex Consultant to sign up?
If you are being introduced to Norwex by a Norwex Consultant, you can enter his/her Consultant ID during enrolment to sign up under him/her. If not, you can skip the field and the system will automatically assign you to Norwex Taiwan company (your upline will be Norwex Taiwan)
I have joined as Norwex Consultant before. How do I sign up again?
You can login to your Norwex Consultant Office (NCO) to check if your account is still active. If your account is no longer active, you can sign up again by selecting a starter kit to join. If you have any issue, you can contact the Consultant Care Team at 02-7752 9120 for support.
Why doesn’t every product contain BacLock® technology?
Companies consider a variety of factors when deciding whether to include BacLock®, primarily how the cloth will be used, whether it will be used dry or wet. Cloths used for heavy cleaning will have BacLock® technology, which allows the product to self-purify from wet to dry, which can effectively inhibit odour caused by bacteria and the growth of mold. Because BacLock® technology requires the presence of water and air to function, it is not usually used in products that are used in a dry state.
Therefore, it is normal for glasses wipes not to have BacLock® bacteria-locking technology. Car washing gloves are mainly used to wipe away dust and dirt. In addition, they are more often placed in outdoor garage areas for more ventilation (for foreign countries), so they do not contain BacLock® bacteria-locking technology.
Of course, there are exceptions, such as products such as Norwex hand towels, dust removal gloves and Norwex cloths. These products are usually indoors and absorb moisture, which may breed bacteria during use, so they contain BacLock® technology.
